In the matter at hand, NTPC Limited ('NTPC') has lodged the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003, seeking the adoption of tariff for procuring 1250 MW from ISTS-connected Solar PV Power projects under the Scheme for flexibility in Generation and Scheduling of Thermal/Hydro Power Stations through bundling with Renewable Energy and Storage Power.
