Petition filed under relevant sections of the Electricity Act, 2003 and corresponding regulations for a trading license

The Petitioner, Haryana Power Purchase Centre, has filed all the three present petitions under Section 79(l)(f) read with Section 19 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 9, 19 and 20 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for grant of trading license and other related matters) Regulations, 2020 (hereinafter “CERC Trading Regulations 2020”) against the respective Respondent for breach of the Banking Agreement signed between the Petitioner and the respective Respondent, and for revocation of inter-state trading license granted to the Respondents.
