Ld. Adv. Ms. Chaitali Dave, appearing proxy for Advocate of the Petitioner submitted that the issues involved in the present matter are similar and identical with the Petition No. 1221 of 2012. It is requested that the Commission while adjourning the matter today, may also grant two weeks’ time to file written submissions in the matter and post the matter for hearing on any date subject to the convenience of the Commission.
