Introduction:
The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (“MERC” or “the Commission”) notified
the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling and Deviation
Settlement for Solar and Wind Generation) Regulations, 2018 (“MERC F&S Regulations,
2018” or “the Principal Regulations”) on 20 July 2018.
