If after entering the username and the password, the login button remains inactive, try entering the password again manually. Hover over the login button and click on it, even if it still appears to be light grey.
If the error persists, clear your cache and cookies only for Omnicore website and try logging in again. Please see the attached link for instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies.
