Draft Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Ombudsman) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2025
Amendment in Regulation 3 (Appointment of Ombudsman) of the Principal Regulations
Clause 4 of the Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations shall be substituted as under –
“(4) The Ombudsman shall be a person of experience, ability, integrity and standing.
