Commission's View:
Based on the submissions made and the observations recorded, the Commission directs the Petitioner to submit the following information:
i) A detailed DR potential study by consumer category, voltage level and season, indicating MW peak reduction and MU energy shifting, along with the methodology, assumptions and load-research results.
