Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission [Planning, Procurement, Deployment, and Utilization of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)] Regulations, 2025
These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
These Regulations shall apply to all Licensees, Generating Companies, Renewable Energy Developers, Aggregators, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Service Providers, and other entities involved in the deployment, operation, or utilization of Battery Energy Storage Systems within the State of Andhra Pradesh.
