In the letter under reference cited, APTRANSCO sought clarifications from the Commission on the levy of Transmission Charges regarding RE Open Access Generators. After carefully examining the matter by the Commission, the following clarifications are issued.
a. Intra State Transmission Charges for RE Open Access Generators shall be billed as per the schedule of rates given in the last row of Table 5.
