TAKE NOTICE that, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 61(c) & (d), 62, and 86(1)(k), read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Commission has decided to make a new Regulation, viz.
