APCPDCL and APEPDCL have requested instructions from the Commission on waiving technical feasibility for SRT installations up to 10 kW capacity as per MoP Rules. APSPDCL has requested an amendment to Regulation 4 of 2023 for the same.
After examining the request in detail and the GoAP and GoI's aim to promote the installation of SRTs under the PM Surya Ghar Programme in the State of Andhra Pradesh, exercising the powers under clauses 18 (Power to Relax) & 20 (Power to Remove difficulties) of Regulation 4 of 2023, the Commission hereby issues the following Order.
