Background: The Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under section 62 (l) (a) read with section 62 (3) and Section 64 (3) (a) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and APSERC(Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff Regulations, 2024 and its amendments and other enabling provisions in this behalf, hereby issues this order, determining the Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) for FY 2026-27 and generation tariff for the FY 2026-27 for supply of electricity by the Department of Hydro Power Development, Govt.
