Background: This Order relates to the Miscellaneous Petition filed by the Department of Power, Arunachal Pradesh (DoP, AP) being represented by the Chief Engineer (P) Commercial cum CEI, for adjudication of approval of Draft Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to be entered and signed between Department of Power, Government of Arunachal Pradesh (DOP, AP) and M/s Buru Energy Private Limited for execution of Dengzi Hydro Electric Project ( 10 MW).
