Background: The Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under section 62 (1) (a) read with Section 62 (3) and Section 64 (3) (a) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and APSERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2024 and other enabling provisions in this behalf, hereby issues this order, determining the Annual Performance Review for FY 2025-26 and ARR & charges for the FY 2026-27 for State Load Despatch Centre, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
