1. The Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd. (in short “APDCL”), a Government of Assam undertaking responsible for distribution and retail supply of Electricity in the State of Assam has filed this appeal assailing the order dated 29th November, 2017 passed by the 1st Respondent Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “Commission”) whereby the Commission has determined the final project specific tariff for the solar power project of 2nd Respondent @Rs.
