This appeal has been filed by the Appellant, M/s Sihor Steel Rerolling Mills Association against the order dated 31st March, 2016 passed by 1st Respondent – Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission”) thereby approving the ARR and determining the tariff for Financial Year 2016-17 for the 2nd Respondent – Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited in Petition No.
