In this appeal, the Appellant has assailed the order dated 26th February 2018 of the 1st Respondent – Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Commission”) whereby the Commission has held the Appellant guilty for four mis-declarations during January 2017 and thus, liable for penalty as per Regulation 11.
