M/s Pudumjee Paper Products Limited (in short “PPPL”), a business entity in the State of Maharashtra, has preferred this appeal against the order dated 24.10.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (in short “the Commission” or “MERC”) whereby the Commission, while determining the wheeling charges payable by the appellant has upheld the methodology adopted by the 1st respondent Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (in short “MSEDCL”).
