 Background:

1. The Appellant, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd. (in short UPCL) is aggrieved by the order dated 12th April, 2018 passed by the 4th Respondent – Uttrakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission”) in suo-moto proceedings initiated by it on the representation submitted by 1st Respondent M/s India Glycols Ltd.
