BERC: Petition for the approval of True-up of Fuel & Power purchase adjustment surcharge (FPPAS) for FY 2023-24

Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission, in accordance with Rule 14 of the Electricity (Amendment) Rules, 2022 and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 181(2) read with Section 61 & 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) had notified Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission Multi Year Distribution Tariff (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
