BERC: Public Notice on Consultative Paper and Draft Regulations on Bihar Electricity Supply Code, 2026

The Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission had notified the Bihar Electricity Supply Code, 2007 which came into effect from 10 January 2008.

The Commission has, thereafter, notified 8 nos. of amendments related to the Supply Code 2007, from time to time, taking into consideration of various Orders issued by the Commission, changing business scenario of the licensees, enhancing customer service, technical limitations and also the innovations, rules/guidance issued by MoP Government of India, time to time.
