Existing Clause in the Draft Regulation: Deviation Settlement Mechanism under these Regulations shall be applicable to all grid connected State Entities including distribution licensee(s), deemed distribution licensee(s) located in the state and open access consumers (partial and full both) connected to intra-state transmission system.
