Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission issued a press release on March 1st, 2024, announcing various proceedings regarding Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited (BSPTCL) and the State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC). BSPTCL, established on November 1st, 2012, following the restructuring of Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB), filed a petition for the true-up of its Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) for FY 2022-23, Annual Performance Review (APR) for FY 2023-24, and ARR and Transmission tariff for FY 2024-25.
