In exercise of the powers vested with the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (BERC) under Section 32(3), read with Section62 & 64 (3) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and BERC (Multi-Year Transmission and SLDC Charges) Regulations,2021and BERC (Multi-Year Transmission and SLDC Charges) Regulations 2024and other enabling provisions on this behalf, the Commission is issuing this order approving True-up for FY 2023-24, Annual Performance Review for FY 2024-25,Business Plan and Multi-Year Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) for the Control Period of FY 2025-26 to FY 2027-28and SLDC Operating Charges for FY 2025-26.
