Guidelines for Benchmarking of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Norms for Distribution Utilities
As per Clause 20(6) of the Electricity (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023, notified by Ministry of Power on 26th July 2023,
"The operation and maintenance norms for distribution licensee shall be determined by the State commissions in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Authority.
