At the outset, Chairperson, CEA, welcomed the participants and mentioned that the meeting had been scheduled to discuss the issues in grant of CON-4 and FTC to Wind Power Plants which are ready for commissioning. He requested Member (GO&D), CEA, to outline the brief background and present the project-wise issues in grant of grid connectivity to these Wind Power Plants.
