CERC: Allows APDCL Conn BG-2 Return Subject to Connectivity Relinquishment Conditions

Petition under Section 79 (1)(c) of the Electricity Act, 2003 seeking return of CONN BG2 submitted by the Petitioner to the Central Transmission Utility of India Limited Under Regulation 8 (ii) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and General Network Access to The Inter-State Transmission System) Regulations, 2022, in view of surrendering of connectivity on account of withdrawal of generation project.
