CERC Allows PGCIL to Withdraw NERSS-XII Transmission Tariff Petition

Petition under Section 62 read with Section 79(1)(d) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and under Regulations 15(1)(a) and 23 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023 read with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 for determination cum truing up of the transmission tariff for the 2019-24 period and under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 for determination of the transmission tariff for the 2024- 29 period for the assets under North Eastern Region Strengthening Scheme XII.
