The Petitioner, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, has filed the instant
petition for revision of the transmission tariff of the 2004-09 and 2009-14 periods and truing up
of the transmission tariff of the 2014-19 period under the Central Electricity Regulatory
Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2014 (hereinafter referred to
as “the 2014 Tariff Regulations”) and for determination of transmission tariff of 2019-24
tariff period under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions
of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the 2019 Tariff Regulations”) in
respect of the following assets (hereinafter referred to as the “Combined Asset”) for
transmission system associated with Kudankulam Atomic Power Project.
