This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NTPC Limited, under Section 79(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (in short, ‘the Act’) for the determination of the tariff of Talcher Thermal Power Station (460 MW) (in short, ‘the generating station’/ ‘TTPS’) for the period 2019-2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (in short, ‘2019 Tariff Regulations’).
