Background:
This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NHPC Limited, for the truing-up of the tariff of Uri-I Power Station (480 MW) (hereinafter referred to as ‘the generating station/project’) for the period 2019-24, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms & Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as ‘2019 Tariff Regulations’) and for determination of tariff of the generating station for the period 2024-29, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms & Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as ‘2024 Tariff Regulations’).
