The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), exercising its authority as provided by Section 178 of the Electricity Act, 2003, and other relevant provisions therein, has formulated the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and General Network Access to the Inter-State Transmission System) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
