Petition for the determination of the transmission tariff under Section 62 read with Section 79(1)(d) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and under Regulations 15(1)(a) and 23 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023 read with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 for Augmentation of the 1x500 MVA, 400/220 kV ICT (3rd) at Raigarh (PG) along with associated ICT bays under the “Augmentation of Transformation Capacity by 1x500 MVA, 400/220 kV ICT (3rd) at the Raigarh (PG) Substation”.
