In the order dated 20.1.2025 in Petition No. 7/RP/2024, the following inadvertent error in Para 31 of the said order is being corrected in terms of Regulation 54, read with Regulation 66 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023: In line 3 of Para 31, after the word “availability”, the figure in parentheses “80%” shall be read as “85%”.
