Allow to recover expenses from the beneficiaries of SLDC in terms of Human Resource expense, Operation & Maintenance, Interest on working capital in accordance Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of Regional Load Despatch Centre and other related matters) Regulations, 2019 for the control period 2016-19,2019-2023 and 2023-2024; and / or b.
