Approval of tariff for NLC Tamil Nadu Power Limited (1000 MW) for the period 2019-24

This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for the determination of tariff of NLC Tamil Nadu Power Limited (2 x 500 MW) (in short, “the generating station/ project”) for the period 2019-24, in accordance with Regulation 9(2) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (in short “the 2019 Tariff Regulations”).
