The Petitioner, POWERGRID Bhadla Bikaner Transmission Limited (erstwhile Bhadla-III & Bikaner-III Transmission Limited) (hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) for the adoption of transmission charges in respect of “Transmission System Strengthening for interconnections of Bhadla-III and Bikaner-III complex” on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer Basis.
