Background:
The Petitioner, Rajasthan Part I Power Transmission Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Petitioner”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) for the adoption of transmission charges to establish the “Transmission System For Evacuation of Power From REZ In Rajasthan (20 GW) Under Phase-III Part I” on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer basis (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”).
