This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, North Eastern Electric Power
Corporation Limited for approval of tariff of Tripura Gas based Power Plant (101 MW)
(hereinafter referred to as “the project/generating station’) for the 2019-24 tariff period,
in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission
(Terms & Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the 2019
Tariff Regulations’).
