Approval under Regulation 86 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999 and determination of transmission tariff from the date of commercial operation (COD) to 31.3.2024 under the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 in respect of Asset-1: Extension of 400 kV Bachau Sub-station with line reactor along with associated line bays and Asset-2: Essar Gujarat TPS-Bachau 400 kV D/C (triple) line under “Transmission System for connectivity of Essar Power Gujarat Limited” in the Western Region.
