The Petitioner, AESPL Private Limited (earlier known as Atria Energy Services Private Limited), has filed the present Petition seeking approval for the change in the name of the trading licensee from 'Atria Energy Services Private Limited' to 'AESPL Private Limited'. The Petitioner has made the following prayer:
“(a) Allow the present Application/ petition;
(b) Allow and take on record the change in the name of the Applicant from “Atria Energy Services Private Limited” to “AESPL Private Limited”.
