Background
The Petitioner, Khavda IV C Power Transmission Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner”), has filed the present Petition under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) for adoption of transmission charges in respect of “Transmission System for Evacuation of power from potential renewable energy zone in Khavda area of Gujarat under Phase-IV (7 GW): Part C” on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer Basis.
