This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NTPC Limited, for approval of tariff of Tanda Thermal Power Station Stage-I (440 MW) (in short, ‘the generating station’) for the period 2024-29, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 (in short, ‘the 2024 Tariff Regulations’).
