Background:

This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, NTPC Limited (in short ‘NTPC’), for approval of tariff of Ramagundam Super Thermal Power Station Stage-III (500 MW) (in short ‘the generating station’) for the period 2024-29, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024 (in short ‘the 2024 Tariff Regulations’).
