CERC: Petition for seeking deferment of effective date for 100 MW GNA through ISTS of STU Connectivity; IPCL

Petition under section 79(1)(c), 79(1)(f), of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 41, 42, 44 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (“CERC”) (Connectivity and General Network Access to the inter-state transmission system), Regulations, 2022 & amendments thereof read with Clause 65 of the CERC Conduct of Business Regulations, 2023 seeking deferment of effective date of General Network Access (GNA) of 100 MW; alternatively seeking additional 100 MW GNA through the Intra-State Transmission System of State Transmission Utility connected to the ISTS till the completion of the commissioning of the overhead line by the Petitioner.
