Petition under Sections 79(1)(c), 79(1)(f) and 79(1)(k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 65 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business Regulations), 2023 read with Regulations 41 and 42 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and General Network Access) Regulations, 2022 seeking exercise of this Hon’ble Commission’s “Power to Relax” and “Power to Remove Difficulty” inter alia, seeking appropriate reliefs pertaining to compliance by way of submitting financial closure documents.
