CERC: Petition for Truing-up 2019-24 and Tariff Determination 2024-29 for WRSS-XVI Western Assets

Approval under Section 62 read with Section 79(1)(d) of Electricity Act, 2003 and under the Regulation 15(1)(a) and Regulation 23 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023 read with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Condition of Tariff Regulations) 2019 and the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Condition of Tariff Regulations) 2024 for truing up of the transmission tariff for the 2019-24 and determination of transmission tariff for the 2024-29 tariff period for the Combined Asset(s) under "Western Region System Strengthening-XVI (WRSS XVI)" in the Western Region.
