This petition, filed by Udupi Power Corporation Limited, seeks truing-up of the tariff for Udupi Thermal Power Plant (1200 MW) for the period 2014-19, as per Regulation 8(1) of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2014, and the determination of tariff for the period 2019-24, in alignment with the provisions of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019.
