Petition under Section 79 of the Electricity Act 2003 read with Regulations 11A, 41 and 42 of the CERC (General Network Access) Regulations 2022 (and its subsequent amendments), inter-alia seeking for quashing/ setting aside of the letter dated 01.09.2025 issued by the Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL) thereby revoking the connectivity of 1050 MW of the Petitioner under Regulation 11B(2) of the CERC (General Network Access) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2024, amongst other relief(s).
