KPS1 Transmission Limited (the Petitioner) has filed a Petition under Sections 14 and 15 of the Electricity Act, 2003, and the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transmission Licence Regulations, 2009) for a transmission licence to implement the scheme for injecting over 3 GW of renewable energy at Khavda PS1 under the Regulated Tariff Mechanism (RTM) route.
